Russia is the participant of almost all international technical committees (TCs) in the field of alternative energy, but at the same time there is a need for Russian activation in the works of the international technical committees. The development of the base of the national standards in the field of RES in Russia will contribute to the spreading of technical solutions and innovations, increase competition and help the formation of the free market of renewable energy.
