Аннотация: Silver is widely used for the development of contacts for semiconductors, therefore, study of the properties of silver - semiconductor system melts is of scientific and practical interest. Results of the study of surface tension, density and molar volumes V of Ag-Si, melts (with the content 0; 10; 15.4; 40 and 70 at.% Si) and Ag-GaПоказать полностьюSb (with the content of 0; 10; 19; 1; 30.3; 58.1; 60; 78.5; 81.8 and 100 at.% GaSb) are presented. Equation is given for the description of surface tension for all the alloys investigated, which have a linear course and negative temperature coefficient. On the basis of experimental data on density molar volumes were calculated.
