Preserving the unique culture of the Indigenous Peoples of the Arctic Siberia will possible if the legal base will soon be created for this. Need to learn from the experience of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and other regions where the regulatory framework for the conservation of the unique indigenous culture exists and operates in real cultural space of the Indigenous Peoples of the North.
