Аннотация: Indigenous peoples of Northern Siberia (Krasnoyarsk Territory Russia) live in a situation of civilization ?"pressure" and global transformation. In the Krasnoyarsk region inhabited by 8 indigenous peoples: ?Evenks, Evens, Nenets, Enets, Nganasans, Selkups, Kets, Chulyms. The total number of 16222 people. Indigenous peoples of of northern Siberia in Krasnoyarsk Krai experiencing the danger of cultural extinction if management policy is not changed. In this study applied the methods of foresight analysis, Delphi survey. Expert surveys have been made of 127 experts. The questionnaire contained questions about the scenarios development of the Indigenous peoples of Northern Siberia (Krasnoyarsk Territory). Experts estimated the probability of occurrence of a situations in the future up to 2060. The probability was estimated from the five-point system. Experts also evaluated the significance of the situations on the five-point system. Replies experts gathered in 11 tables. The study concludes that the predominance of negative trends in the life of indigenous peoples of the North of Siberia for the period until 2060 (according to most experts). Experts have identified ethnic stereotypes that exist in today's public opinion. To overcome the negative trends must radically change the policy in relation to economic and cultural rights of indigenous peoples of Northern Siberia.
