Аннотация: Investigations have been carried out on the action of the co-factors of cyclic photophosphorylation on the induction transitions of fluorescence for ? = 686 m? and the connexion between these transitions and the effectiveness of the photophosphorylation in the cells of Chlorella. The character of the action of the co-factors of cycПоказать полностьюlic flux of electrons (phenazine methosulphate, vikasol) on the induction transitions of fluorescence are determined by their concentration, the duration of the action and the value of the pH of the medium. Despite the different character of the dynamics of changes of the induction transitions of fluorescence due to the action of the co-factors in different conditions in the last analysis their action leads to arrest of the transitions (the ratio Imax Isteady = 1) and fall in the general level of fluorescence. The quantitative evaluation of the results of the action of co-factors on fluorescence and the effectiveness of photophosphorylation show that between the individual parameters of fluorescence Imax, Isteady, the ratio Imax Isteady and the effectiveness of photophosphorylation there is no correlation. Photophosphorylation has a fairly nigh value even on complete arrest of induction transitions. From the results it is assumed that the induction transitions of fluorescence in vivo are due to non-cyclic flux of electrons (photochemical system II) and that the induction transitions of fluorescence cannot serve in sufficient measure as a complete indicator of the effectiveness of use of the absorbed energy in the reaction of photosynthesis. © 1972.
