Аннотация: В настоящее время многие страны мира переживают миграционный кризис. На чужой земле мигранты сталкиваются не только с новым территориальным, но и с новым культурным пространством, и именно их культурная интеграция является самой сложной и длительной. В данной статье рассматриваются проблемы приобщения мигрантов к нормам и традициямПоказать полностьюопределенной культурной среды. Анализируются западные подходы к культурной адаптации индийцев, мексиканцев, корейцев, вьетнамцев, камерунцев. Выявляются взаимодействия степени инкультурации и социализации, формирования культурной идентичности и самоэффективности. Отмечается, что процесс инкультурации «работает» через фильтры культурных убеждений, культурной практики, экологии, экономики, географии, религиозной принадлежности, которые формируют культурные и этнические, психологические различия и сходства, присущие современному миру сегодня. Currently, many countries are experiencing a migratory crisis. In a foreign country migrants face not only new territorial space, but also a new cultural one. Therefore their cultural integration is the most complex and time-consuming. The paper considers the problems of migrants acquiring the norms and traditions of a specific cultural environment. This study analyzed western ways and techniques of the Indians, Mexicans, Koreans, Vietnamese, Cameroonians cultural adaptation. It was discovered that the degree of enculturation was dependent on the level of social connectedness, cultural identity and individual self-efficacy. The author underlines the fact that the process of enculturation goes through the filter of cultural beliefs, cultural practices, environment, economy, geography, religion, which form cultural, ethnic, psychological differences and similarities in the modern world nowadays. Cultural studies play a special role in this process. Cultural integration is the most difficult and time-consuming process for the host country and for migrants who have arrived to a new cultural environment. International experience of enculturation makes it possible to take over some of its practices to help migrants adapt in the Russian Federation. Though in our country the migration issue is not as acute as, for example, in the European Union, but nevertheless it also requires proper attention.
