Аннотация: Films of the Co50Pt50, Co50Pd50, and Co50Pt50 - x Pd (x) alloys (where x = 1-10 at %) have been prepared. The processes of atomic ordering and its influence on the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy and the coercive force in these films have been investigated.
