Аннотация: SOEC temperature dependences of different quality quartz crystals were studied. The simplified phenomenological theory was applied to calculate second order elastic constant temperature dependences. The bulk acoustic waves propagation under the bias of temperature field-or of:the uniaxial mechanical pressure was considered.
