Аннотация: The experiments on microevolution of plasmid containing Escherichia coli bacteria strains MG1655 under long-term continuous culturing in the pH-stat (an analogue of turbidistat) allowed studying microevolution transitions in recombinant bacteria population, associated with loss of features determined by the cloned genes.
