Аннотация: Статья написана на основе эмпирического исследования мотивов поступления и представлений о будущей профессии студентов-первокурсников профиля «Учитель начальной школы» Сибирского федерального университета, а также активного семинара «Введение в профессию» на материале сказки «Маленький принц». В статье показано влияние технологии оПоказать полностьюрганизационно-деятельностной игры на становление субъектности будущих педагогов, развитие у них рефлексивных качеств, построение адекватного образа будущей профессиональной деятельности. ТГю article examines the results of research of motives of choice pedagogical profession by the student-freshmen of profile «teacher of the elementary school» of Siberian Federal University, and theirs ideas about the means of the ideal teacher. It's shown, that choice of pedagogical profession is accidental, and student's ideas about this profession are not adequately. It's described some methods for self-determination of students, their subjectivity, development in them of reflexive qualities and to construction adequate ideas about the main features and competences of teachers. Main requirements for the organization of the training process are isolated: taking into account the special features of the students, the acquaintance of students with the educational program and the possibility of its correction, joint stay by students and by the instructors of the situations of the uncertainty, the formation of the theoretical basis of the pedagogical activity, the fixation of the change of the social role of freshmen.
