Аннотация: The contents of IAA, ABA, and total cytokinins were determined in buds from various generative storeys of cedar pine (Pinus sibirica Du Tour) crowns by immunoenzyme analysis. The highest IAA content was found in the male storey of the crown during male cone initiation (at the end of June) and in the female storey of the crown durinПоказать полностьюg female cone initiation (at the beginning of August). Both periods are characterized by a distinct acropetal ABA gradient in the crown. Differentiation of the crown into generative storeys appears to be related to the endogenous gradients of phytohormones leading to the variation in their ratios.
