Аннотация: A residental house with height from 3 to 15 floors is projected for Krasnoyarsk. The entrance into the house is accomplished from the upper level, while the entrance into the facilities, ground-based parking and entrance into underground parking are located on the lower level. In the base is located the maintenance - the children's developing center, pond for the babies and sauna. The connection between the apartments and the stairs- elevator unit achieves through the glazed atrium with the aid of the bridges. Apartments on 4, 8, 12 15 floors obtain the possibility of output to the open terraces.
