Аннотация: During the operation of hydraulic units in hydroelectric power plants, the main task is to ensure their reliable operation. The given task is solved by preven-tive measures of control and testing of hydraulic units for early detection and eli-mination of defects, the development of which can lead to emergency shutdowns of units. HoПоказать полностьюwever, currently used methods and means of detecting defects, especially in real time, do not have sufficient efficiency, because they do not take full advantage of modern capabilities. Currently, all the sensor readings are stored in the Automated Process Control System (ACS) database. Their analysis is made only after an accident, to identify the causes. The amount of data stored on the servers makes it possible to identify the dependencies between the parameters of the hydroelectric unit, and also to arrange the order of the action, which will help to identify the defect at an early stage of its development.
