Аннотация: The safety of territorial entities is characterized by the presence of facilities with functionally complex and highly hazardous production systems, which carry obvious threats to the life and health of the population (risks of accidents and disasters) and concealed ones (environmental pollution). For safety analysis and risk assessment, it is proposed to use multidimensional statistics methods, which make it possible to divide the territory into homogeneous groups with similar characteristics.
