Аннотация: Extraction-pyrolysis method is used for deposition of thin films of ZrO2 and ZrMgO3, ZrNiO3, ZrBaO3 onto glass substrates. The effect of thin films on coefficient of thermal conductivity of glass depending on the temperature is studied.
