Аннотация: Oxidation of liquid alloys of Cu-Si(Ge,Sn,Pb) is executed at content of 10; 20; 24.06; 30 and 40 at.% second component. The oxidation kinetics in air is studied by the method of high-temperature gravimetry at 1273 K. It is ascertained that all binary alloys are oxidized according to parabolic law (oxide layer growth is limited by dПоказать полностьюiffusion under such conditions). An influence of melt composition on oxidation rate is revealed. Phase diagram is given for field of composition being investigated.
