Аннотация: In the aluminium reduction technology there is no full awareness concerning the dependence of technical-economic indices (TEI) including anode paste (AP) consumption on the changes of raw materials properties and technology parameters. Availability of this information could improve the effectiveness of the reduction technology contПоказать полностьюrol. In the paper the multivariate statistical treatment of anode paste consumption depending on the electrolysis parameters is applied. Using principal component analysis the parameters which greatly influence on the anode paste consumption are determined. Statistical models for paste consumption for single potroom and for comparison of the results between rooms are received. Anode paste consumptions if the parameters changed by three Standard deviations are calculated.
