Аннотация: The reception and processing of radio navigational systems signals is a sequence of nonlinear transformations, in which outcome the stream of errors of phase measurements (EPM) is formed. EPM it is possible to present as a system of weakly constrained nonlinear oscillators in a perturbed medium with variable parameters. The presencПоказать полностьюe and character of correlation connections in noise of phase measurements of navigational systems allows to refer them to open dissipate systems with interior friction. In synergetic aspect such systems have determined chaos, as map of quasi periodic driving with incommensurable frequencies cooperating with nonlinear perturbations at the expense of a medium distribution parameters modification. The experimental researches show, that the EPM has a fractal structure with a self-similarity and steady scaling in spectral performances. The styles in the EPM spectrum are formed as groups, the principal peaks have scaling, near to Fibonacci series. The detection of bands of frequencies, in which the equal magnitudes of an energy are stacked, shows a rather good goodness of fit with parametrical series, such as a Fibonacci sequence.
