Аннотация: Results of experimental researches of impurity level crystals Fe1-xCoxSi are presented in this article. Magnetic properties in a temperature range up to T ? 1000 K are analyzed. It was established that with Co impurities increasing origin of magnetic ordering exists at low temperatures.
