Аннотация: Abstract: education is one of main institutes of producing human capital in the contemporary world. Problems of education to large extent can reduce production of a country's human capital. In article considered the optimization of human resource management's (HRM) model in system of school's bureaucracy. This system includes that Показать полностьюpart of school's document flow, which carried a teacher. Work with school's reporting enhances a stress on teacher, reducing efficiency of pedagogical work, and this can reduce increment of human capital. In article investigate list of reporting forms and scheme of document flow, based on report formation process. Establishment of the scheme is performed according to notation EPC, with partial using method of reengineering business processes. Is offered to implement assessment of stress on teacher from work with school's reporting, completion of the existing scheme of document flow and describe the real and optimal models of HRM system in the school bureaucracy.
