Аннотация: Conflict is viewed as a necessary condition and mechanism of individual cultural development. Mono-subject approach to conflict as phenomenon as well as notion is obviously insufficient. Conflict factors differ in object of communication, direction and character of action as well as in characteristics;of task being solved.
